Futures One pass kit  - Replacement router bit for Using Foam Surrounds 

So we have come up with a way for you to use your one pass kit and use the High Density  foam surrounds around your futures fin box.

All you need to do is replace the router bit with this one and then  slowly cut by lowering the router bit in stages - cutting the excess foam slowly as you are lowering the bit by stages until you have cut out the excess foam.

How to use this router bit :

With the normal one pass install kit cut out the finboxes as per normal using your normal "one pass cutter" out of the install kit. Then just simply replace the "one pass" cutter to this cutter  and then slowly work your way up and  down the box cutting off a one level of foam at a time until you get to the desired depth .

Then install as one whole plus as per normal (make sure to paint resin on foam surround and finbox before putting together.) Then install as per a normal fin plug.
